Adriana is a Yoga Alliance Certified teacher and Mat Pilates Instructor. She first discovered yoga over 20 years ago and fell in love with the transformation to her mind and body. More recently discovering her love for Pilates and its core-strengthening benefits.
Her philosophy when it comes to teaching is to infinitely remain a student. To be an intermediary, and pass along the knowledge that she is constantly in search of.
A firm believer in the transformative power of mindful exercise - physically, mentally and spiritually; her goal is to help others cultivate greater mind-body awareness, with the ultimate goal of experiencing a more mindful and healthy life. Her classes can challenge her students, but her approach makes exercise accessible and rewarding for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
