MAT STRENGTH

A strong, low-impact Pilates class designed to build full-body strength, core stability and better posture. Expect controlled, purposeful movement that tones and strengthens while supporting joint health and functional movement.
Set in a gently heated room (28°C), this class helps muscles warm quickly, move more freely and leave you feeling energised, strong and steady — never drained.

Who Got The Props?!

Mat Pilates class inspired by reformer precision.All of the wonderful benefits of a reformer Pilates workout (think strong core, better posture, muscle tone and flexibility) minus the reformer (and cost!).
We have balls, we have weights, we have sliders (all of the props)... and we are going to use them to have a super spicy session. No reformer required, just your body, props, and flow.

A yoga class that draws from all our favourite styles — anything goes, always guided by intuition and flow.
Each class is a little different, but you can expect a balanced blend of strength, mobility and flexibility, with healing, detoxifying movement designed to wake up the body and clear the mind. We’ll focus on joint health, fluid transitions and conscious breath, sometimes weaving in pranayama and meditation to ground you before the day begins.
This is a practice about finding balance in body, mind and spirit — energising yet steady, dynamic yet mindful.

A gentle and mellow howl, a slower-paced style of yoga aimed at finding balance, aligning and calming your body, mind and spirit through a series of poses, breathing exercises and meditation.

Beginning with a continuous flow of movement (VINYASA), increasing the heart rate, building strength, flexibility and focus, before moving onto a slow and restorative practice (YIN), allowing yourself to feel the glow, all while targeting all those deep connective tissues that sometimes need a little extra TLC.

YOGA>LATES
Combining the best of Yoga and Pilates -Yoga-lates is a combination of the wonderful stretch of yoga flows and the core-building strength of Pilates. Yoga + Pilates = Bliss. Flow and Burn.

YIN
Deep Stillness.


The wolf moon. A very necessary and contemplative, slow and restorative practice, based on ancient Chinese philosophies and Taoist principles, Yin yoga works deeply into your body with passive, longer-held poses (3 - 5 minutes), targeting connective tissues - fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones.
Improve joint mobility & flexibility, release fascia, increase circulation and just reeeelax.

HOT CORE
Join us for an ab-tastic workout designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your core! Turn up the heat and power up your core! This 45-minute heated yoga class is designed to strengthen and sculpt your entire core—abs, obliques, lower back, and glutes—through dynamic yoga flows and targeted core exercises.
Expect intentional movement, focused breath, and a steady burn in a warm environment that amplifies detoxification and intensity.

SENIOR YOGA + RESTORE
This class is designed especially for seniors who want to keep moving, stay independent and feel good in their bodies. Senior Yoga combines gentle flows and functional movement to support mobility, joint health, balance and a healthy, capable body — helping you move with more ease and confidence in everyday life.
Classes move at a relaxed pace, blending mindful movement with static stretching and restorative Yin-style poses to gently target deeper connective tissues. We also include simple breathwork to support relaxation and energy, followed by a short guided meditation to finish, leaving you feeling calm, clear and grounded.
This is a welcoming, supportive space to move, breathe and connect — no rushing, no pressure, just feel-good movement designed for this stage of life.
