Who Got The Props?!

A mat Pilates class that brings all of the wonderful benefits of a reformer Pilates workout (think strong core, better posture, muscle tone and flexibility) minus the reformer (and cost!).
We have balls, we have sliders (all of the props)... and we are going to use them to have a super spicy session that is going to leave you sore in all the right places!

Anything goes, we go with the flow.

A blend of all our favourites in Yoga practice - finding balance in body mind and spir, movement that is healing and detoxifying, improving joint mobility and flexibility, paired with breathing exercises and meditation.

Start with some breathwork, followed by a beautiful Hatha-style warm up, then a flow to create warmth and get you ready for a bilissful Yin-style deep stretch (or perhaps a guided meditation) to close off our practice.

A gentle and mellow howl, a slower-paced style of yoga aimed at finding balance, aligning and calming your body, mind and spirit through a series of poses, breathing exercises and meditation.

YOGA FLOW
Strong and Fluid.


A dynamic and modern style of yoga that fuses a deliberate sequence of poses (asanas) with the breath; creating a continuous flow of movement that is healing and detoxifying, increasing the heart rate, enhancing core stability, and helping to build strength, balance, flexibility and focus.

Begin with a Flow and Then Feel the Glow!
Beginning with a continuous flow of movement (VINYASA), increasing the heart rate, building strength, flexibility and focus, before moving onto a slow and restorative practice (YIN), allowing yourself to feel the glow, all while targeting all those deep connective tissues that sometimes need a little extra TLC.
