MEET THE
Yoga has been part of my life for over 20 years. What started as a short-lived Bikram obsession quickly turned into a lifelong love affair with movement, mindfulness, and the incredible way yoga can support us through life’s highs and lows.
Through every season of my journey, yoga has been my anchor. It taught me how to slow down, reconnect with myself, build strength with softness, and find peace within the chaos. I truly believe these practices can change lives — because they changed mine.
When I created House of Wolf, I wanted it to feel welcoming, inclusive, and accessible to everybody. A place where people could come exactly as they are. A place to breathe, move, heal, grow, and feel supported.
What makes this community so special is the people within it. Watching others show up for themselves, roll out their mats, and choose self-care in a world that moves so fast is something I never take for granted.
Being able to build this space as a woman-owned business and as a mother means everything to me. I couldn’t imagine a more beautiful way to live, serve my community, and show my son what passion, courage, and kindness can create.
Thank you for being here and for supporting this dream.
It truly means the world ✨

Libby yoga journey began at university when she took her first class with a remarkable teacher in her 60s. While initially a once-a-week practice, her curiosity grew into a deep passion 9 years ago, inspired by a transformative teacher in Melbourne. This experience sparked Libby’s connection with the full spectrum of yoga—movement, breath, strength, mantra and meditation.
To deepen her knowledge and share her love of yoga with others, Libby completed her 500-hour teacher training at Byron Yoga Centre. She has since expanded her expertise with additional certifications in Yin Yoga, anatomy, and purposeful sequencing. A lifelong learner, Libby continually refines her practice and teaching to meet the needs of her students. Libby teaches Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga with an emphasis on alignment, breath, and mindful movement. Her classes are inclusive, designed to suit different bodies and abilities while encouraging growth in strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Known for her warm and approachable style, Libby brings joy and laughter to her teaching, believing that yoga should be as uplifting as it is grounding.
For Libby, yoga is a way to find peace, balance, and clarity—a moving meditation that enriches life. She envisions a world where everyone incorporates some form of yoga into their daily routine, fostering connection and mindfulness.
Outside the studio, you’ll find me spending quality time with my husband and daughter and our two golden retrievers, or soaking up life’s simple joys.
Jess first discovered yoga in her early 20’s and absolutely fell in love with this beautiful and sacred practice. It has played a monumental role creating the happier, healthier and more fulfilled life she lives today.
As a teacher, Jess’ goal is to assist others to find more balance and harmony within their own lives. She has a passion for empowering and motivating others to find direction, clarity and healing by encouraging those she works with to listen and trust in themselves and their own abilities.
With a background in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, Jess aims to provide a practice that will calm your mind, invigorate your body, and nourish your soul. She is also certified in breathwork, meditation, energy healing and mindset coaching, which she endeavours to incorporate into your sessions together.
But who is Jess beyond teaching? She is also a musician, content writer & marketer, avid traveller, and total beach lover - this truly is her happy place! And above all, she loves to bring music, joy and laughter to the lives of others.
Jess is looking forward to connecting with you all through the incredible practice that is yoga.

MEET OUR SWEETEST, SMILIEST PILATES SLAYER - HANNAH 💜
Hannah’s love of movement started with YouTube workout videos in her room.
For the last decade, she has played with different movement methods, including: Pilates, Yoga, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and Calisthenics.
She chose Pilates as the first method to start passing on a focus on form and great foundations that create physical benefits, but also to share the joy, confidence and mental clarity we can experience after exercise too.
Expect a big smile, fun facts, and full body movement in Hannah’s classes.
Having recently relocated to Adelaide from Melbourne, after leaving the corporate world behind to create something new and develop a deeper practice of non-attachment or Aparigraha - Mat was drawn to yoga post Covid lockdown life in Melbourne. It offered perspective and time to process a lot of challenging thoughts and emotions, whilst also providing a physical outlet to release the energy that had been building up over time.
Mat enjoys movement of the body that is functional and creative. You can usually find him swinging from some silk, lounging on a Lyra, or flowing through a vinyasa practice.
He has a deep desire to share the tools and practices he has learnt on his yogic journey, so that other may also benefit from them or embrace and discover a passion for their practice.
