IF YOU'RE A LITTLE UNSURE...
WELCOME TO THE GANG...
We are so happy you're here!

Our lovely teachers are always around to make sure you feel supported. We got you, boo!
If you are new to Yoga and Pilates, we recommend starting with some of our NON-HEATED or gentler HEATED (HATHA, YIN, MAT PILATES OR FLOW AND GLOW) classes.

YES, we have bathrooms and a change area onsite, NO showers.
Please know House of Wolf is a judgement and ego-FREE zone, so feel free to take things at your own pace. Do what feels good to you… and rest assured we are always around for a chat before or after class. We want you to feel comfy and safe, so please come and say hi.
GETTING READY FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS?
Wear something stretchy and comfy
, like you would for any workout
Stay hydrated and avoid big meals an hour or two prior to class
BYO water bottle - but no glass in the studio please :)

Bring a towel - things can get spicy around here! (our heated classes are a toasty 28C)

NO towel, NO play.
THE VIBES DON'T LIE
Doors open 15 minutes before class. Please arrive no later than ten minutes before class.
Settle in and enjoy the vibes. Doors close on the dot, so don’t be late or miss out :(

Check in with your instructor or at reception before class.

Let us know if there is anything we need to know about your body - Pregnancy, aches and pains… We got you, boo.

TURN OFF TO TURN UP! NO PHONES in the studio please (Your body, towel & drink bottle is all you need for a fun time).

It's cool to be kind. Kindness is cool. We love everybody!
MOST IMPORTANTLY - Try your best and feel proud of yourself :)
IF YOU'RE NOT FEELING YOUR PEACHIEST...
We all like to sweat it out sometimes, but if you have cold or flu symptoms please get some rest, binge on your fave shows, load up on some ginger and stay hydrated until you’re better. We will miss you, but prefer you are feeling 100% peachy while at our house.
If you have any injuries please get the all-clear from your doctor or physician before attending class, and always take it at your own pace. We are here to guide you.
If you have any other concerns, then let your teacher know that you may need a little extra TLC during your practice x

FEEL THE HEAT
Our infra-red heating panels are there to assist with muscle repair, blood flow, detoxification, aid with digestion and flexibility and regenerate the production of cells. Not to mention the infrared heat tightens the skin, improves complexion, assists with weight loss, and most importantly challenges the mind to help you switch off (reduce stress and anxiety! WIN!).

SAFETY FIRST!
Practicing Yoga and Pilates in a heated room is generally safe, and very good for you. But, as with most types of exercise, there are some safety precautions to keep in mind.
- Dehydration - Drink plenty of water pre and post workout.
- Pre-existing health conditions - Be sure to consult your doctor prior to starting any new workout regime.
- Low blood pressure or low blood sugar - Always consult your doctor or health care practicioner first.
- Pregnancy - Consult your doctor before trying any heated form of exercise.
REMEMBER -Stop and rest right away if you ever feel dizzy, lightheaded, or nauseous.
