Deep Stillness. The wolf moon. A very necessary and contemplative, slow and restorative practice, based on ancient Chinese philosophies and Taoist principles, Yin yoga works deeply into your body with passive, longer-held poses (3 - 5 minutes), targeting connective tissues - fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Improve joint mobility & flexibility, release fascia, increase circulation and just reeeelax. A whole (very blissful) yogi vibe!
