FIRST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH 6PM
We love EVERYONE at House of Wolf, and we love yoga so much that we want to make it accessible to all in our beautiful community. So come by for some yoga, maybe stay for some tea and leave feeling super zen and blissed out.
Whether it be some power yoga, a round of sweaty yogalates, blissful yin, or some beautiful Hatha + breathwork, one thing is certain - there is something for everyone at House of Wolf.
We kick off our first class Sept 6 - 6 pm. Booking opens Friday prior to session.

House of Wolf is a place to strengthen your body, clarify your mind and feel a sense of calm and inner peace. We offer - Heated and Non-Heated Mat Pilates, Dupe Reformer Pilates (who got the props?!), Pilates Circuit, Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative), and Yogalates (*side note: Yoga + Pilates = bliss) - Every class option your heart could desire, for students of all levels and fitness goals.

Our Pilates classes are 45 mins and Yoga sessions are one hour long each. Heated classes are heated from 28 to 33 degrees. Expect to get a little spicy and a little sweaty, while enjoying all the benefits of our state-of-the-art infrared heaters.

Our lovely teachers are always around to make sure you feel supported. We got you, boo!
 Please know House of Wolf is a judgement and ego-FREE zone, so feel free to take things at your own pace. Do what feels good to you!
